CIBANK held an official ceremony for the opening of its new office in Gabrovo. The ofiice is entirely in compliance with the new corporate vision of the bank as part of KBC Group. Peter Andronov, CEO of CIBANK, and Tomislav Donchev, Mayor of Gabrovo, cut the ribbon. All members of the Management Board of the bank were present at the ceremony, as well as the Gabrovo Branch Manager and Regional Manager for the North-Central Region, Nikolay Kolev, the Gabrovo District Governor, Mariyan Kostadinov, representatives of the local business community, partners and friends of CIBANK.

The office of CIBANK in Gabrovo is located in the very centre of the town, only a few meters away from the symbolic statue of Racho Kovacha ( 1 Shipka str.) and has been designed entirely to fulfill the requirements of KBC for fast, convenient customer service. „The new design of the office represents only the external side of the change. Much more important is the new service approach which CIBANK has started implementing this year. Its ultimate aim is to make things easier for the clients. This change concerns not only offering the client attractive products, but also - fast service, good quality and a friendly attitude”, said Nikolay Kolev, The Branch Manager for Gabrovo, in his opening speech and he also expressed his gratitude to the Mayor, Tomislav Donchev, for the favorable business environment that the town enjoys.

The new office of CIBANK in Gabrovo is part of an ambitious program for optimizing the entire branch network of the bank while at the same time all offices are being rebranded and reorganized in line with the good practices in KBC. Currently the offices of CIBANK in Sofia and the district of Pernik, Blagoevgrad, Kyustendil, Stara Zagora and Gabrovo have already adopted the new corporate vision. By the end of the year all 135 branches and offices of the bank in the country will be rebranded.
