No commission is paid for the loan upon early repayment using the client’s own funds.
You can use the Reality mortgage loan for purchase of a property in a finished state or such at a rough construction stage, finishing works, renovation of real estates or refinancing of mortgage loans, granted by other banks. The maximum amount of the loan is up to 75% of the market value of the property, accepted as collateral, depending on its type and location. The interest for loans in EUR is 8.75%, and for loans in BGN – 9.90%.
