KBC delists CIBank from the Bulgarian Stock Exchange
On 7 December 2010, KBC acquired Ms Tzvetelina Borislavova’s remaining stake in Bulgarian CIBank and as a result is now the sole shareholder of the bank. In its press release, KBC also said it would immediately start the procedure for delisting the company from the Bulgarian Stock Exchange. KBC increases its stake in CIBank to 100%
Today, KBC and Tzvetelina Borislavova signed an agreement in which KBC acquires Ms Borislavova’s remaining stake in the Bulgarian CIBank. In so doing, Ms Borislavova is exercising the seller put option which she had agreed on 24 September 2007 with KBC.

CIBANK Launched a Promotional Campaign for the Consumer Loan „I Want a Baby" with a Celebration for Children and under the Slogan „We Have a Baby – with Faith, Hope and Love!”

CIBANK STARTED A CHARITY CAMPAIGN FOR CHILDREN WITH SEVERE KIDNEY DISEASE
Today for first time in the Clinic of Nephrology and Hemodialysis at the University Children’s Hospital a modern apparatus for the bloodless monitoring of vital parameters of sick children was used. The apparatus was donated by CIBANK and will answer the urgent needs of the clinic which every year treats over 500 children with serious illnesses.
