We would like to remind you that in accordance with § 4, para.1 of the Final and Transitional Provisions of the Trade Register Act /TRA/ the period for re-registration of merchants, branches of foreign commercial companies, registered in the Trade Register and in the Co-operatives Register at the district courts, expires on 31.12.2011.

The loan allows CIBANK to provide funding at more favorable conditions, for investment projects and working capital loans for projects, initiated by small and medium-sized enterprises in almost all sectors of the economy. A new element is the possibility to include also projects for mid cap enterprises (having up to 3 000 employees). Part of the funds under this loan are going to be used for energy efficiency projects, in which up to 20% of the loan's
