ELECTRONIC UTILITY BILLS – what is this service for?
- Each month you can automatically pay utility bills to more than 40 utility companies without having to confirm;
- The payments are made via bank cards – Maestro, Visa Electron или Visa Business Electron;
- Your registration is done after you fill in a request form at a CIBANK office;
- For each pending, successful or failed payment you can receive a notification – SMS and/or e-mail;
- You can set a maximum amount for each subscriber number and if it is exceeded, the payment will not be allowed.

What do you need in order to use the ELECTRONIC UTILITY Service:
- You need a Maestro, Visa Electron or Visa Business Electron bank card issued by CIBANK;
- You have to visit a CIBANK office to register each of the utility companies to which you wish to make automatic payments. You need to bring the receipts from previous payments or other documents containing the subscriber number for each of the companies. An employee of the Bank will help you fill in the necessary forms;
- To start making automatic payments to most utility companies, you need to have paid your old bills;
- You can pay not only your bills but also the bills of friends and relatives.
How will you know what amounts you owe and when they will be paid?
We can inform you by SMS or e-mail about the following:
- A bill exceeding the maximum amount set for a subscriber’s number, in which case no payment is made;
- A request for payment by the relevant utility company 3 days prior to the payment;
- A successful payment;
- Each failed payment;
- An unpaid bill on the last day of the payment period when the payment has failed (if at that moment the bill can only be paid at the company’s cash desk) or at the 10-th failed payment.
