  • Special “lawyer’s” current account -  not part of the property of the lawyer, not subject to seizure and may be used for payment stipulated in the Law on Lawyers.
  • Special “insurance” current accounts – not part of the property of the insurance broker, not subject to seizure and not part of the bankruptcy estate in an insolvency procedure
  • Special accounts under art.25а of the Notaries and Notary Activities Act – used for payment of funds owed by parties to transactions for establishment, transfer, modification or termination of real rights on immovable property.
