Through all its branches and offices, CIBANK accepts orders for cash or non-cash payments and transfers in Bulgarian levs and foreign currency submitted by residents and foreign persons. You may receive payments ordered for your benefit from other branches within the Bank’s system, from other banks in the country and abroad.

Cash Transfer (a transfer executed when depositing funds at a cash-desk). The cash transfer is an order for payment into accounts of clients with CIBANK or other banks within the territory of the country, without the need to hold an open bank account.
 
Non-cash payments and transfers of amounts up to BGN 100.000 into accounts within the Bank’s branch network (internal transfers) and into accounts with other banks (inter-bank transfers) executed via the BISERA Net Settlement System.
 
 
Deadlines for payments’ execution:
The intra-bank payment orders are executed on the day of their submission, with the same value date and in accordance with the working hours of the respective bank office;
Payment orders for the benefit of customers of other banks submitted to the Bank by 11,00 am are executed with the same value date, and the beneficiary receives the funds on the day that they were ordered;
Payment orders for the benefit of customers of other banks submitted to CIBANK PLC after 11.00 am are deemed to be received on the next working day and are executed with the value date being the next working day;
Incoming payments in BGN are credited into the recipient’s account, having the value date they have been received at CIBANK with.  

 
 
Non-cash payments and transfers executed in real time via the RINGS Gross Settlement System:
 

• For amounts of/exceeding BGN 100.000;
• For amounts without restrictions on the amount, at the clients’ request. 

Payment orders for the benefit of customers of other banks are executed with a value date being the same working day. Up to two hours upon depositing the payment orders with the Bank, the funds are credited into the recipient’s account.
 
Deadlines for real time payments’ execution:

• Until 2:30 pm for the payment documents deposited at the bank parlours;
• Until 3:00 pm for electronic bank payments (Home Banking). 

The Bank offers payments ordered electronically via the Home Banking System.
