It sounds too nice to be true. Where’s the catch?
There is no catch – and this is why Priority Pass has over 1,500,000 satisfied clients. You can visit the VIP lounges no matter what company you travel with – a regular or low cost one, what class you have chosen or whether you are on a business trip or you travel for pleasure.

So how does everything work?
We issue a Priority Pass card with your name embossed on it – just show it when you arrive at the lounge. You don’t have to book or pay in advance. You can even invite a guest of yours to join you.

What is the price of this service?
CIBANK offers you a free membership to the Priority Pass Programme – the bank pays the annual membership fee for each client. The client only pays for the visits at the airport lounges of the Priority Pass Programme. The fee amounts to EUR 24 /twenty-four euros/ per visit and per person.

If you usually travel Business class, how will Priority Pass be useful for you?
Although most large airline companies have their own lounges for many of their destinations, the access to them is not always guaranteed. And you most often need such a lounge for the less popular destinations. Priority Pass is a wonderful alternative in such cases.

What happens if you travel with a family member or a colleague who does not have a Priority Pass card?
You can invite friends or guests to join you. Most lounges would allow an unlimited number of guests, but where such limits exist, they are indicated in the description of the lounge on the internet or in the guide we will give you with the card.

You can use the lounges even when you don’t travel on business.
If you travel with your family, please note that in some lounges, mostly lounges in the UK, children aged under 12 are not allowed. In the lounges of Sofia Airport children aged under 2 are allowed free of charge.

How to find out where the VIP lounges of Priority Pass are?
Together with the Priority Pass card, you will also receive a detailed guide of the lounges and services offered, as well as instructions how to find them and their working hours. To check the latest data, you can register at the website www.prioritypass.com by entering the number on your Priority Pass card.  You can also download a file containing a list of airports with VIP lounges, which you can save on your PC or print.

Are lounges managed by Priority Pass?
No, this job is left to the experts! Priority Pass has contracts with lounges managed by the airport authorities, agencies or airline companies.

When you are at a lounge, will the lounge staff provide you with information about the flight?
No, although some lounges have monitors showing information about the flights, not all lounges have such devices. It is each passenger’s responsibility to pay attention to the flight time and the information about boarding the plane.

When can you use your Priority Pass card?

• When you visit some of the lounges included in the list, simply identify yourself as a member by showing your distinctive black-and-gold Priority Pass card. The lounge will not accept any other proof of your Priority Pass membership.
• Show your Priority Pass card at the reception desk.
• Your visit (and that of your guest) to the lounge will recorded after an imprint of your Priority Pass card has been taken manually and you will be asked to sign a visit voucher. In some lounges your card will be read electronically. Each month we receive from Priority Pass data about your visits, the date and number of guests who accompanied you. 
• Where applicable, the fee for your visit and that of your guest can also be paid with your MasterCard, issued by CIBANK. You can see each fee of this type in your monthly statement.
