Required Documents

  • Request for bank credit – according to template.
  • Declaration of relatedness (according to Bank template);
  • Declaration of tax audit;
  • Declaration of accounts of natural persons and sole traders with other local and foreign banks and possession of movables and immovables (according to Bank template)
  • Registration documents: Certificate from the commercial register within the Registry Agency or court registration, together with all court decisions certifying changes in the file of the company and a certificate of current court registration
  • Current contract of incorporation / statute; (not required for natural persons – traders and agricultural producers)
  • Copy of the identity card of the person with representative power
  • Minutes decision on credit request in accordance with the client’s powers, statute, contract of incorporation and provided collateral (not required for sole traders and natural persons – agricultural producers);
  • Certificate from Tax Administration of due taxes under Art. 87 of the Tax Insurance Procedure Code;
  • Document certifying registration of the agricultural producer with the relevant registers of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food (MAF);
  • Tax return for the past calendar year with attached financial statements 12. Copy of the common application for single area payment with incoming number from the relevant office of State Fund “Agriculture” (submitted if possible)
  • Certificate from State Fund “Agriculture” – Payment Agency of filed application for single payment and declared account for receipt of subsidies  with CIBANK;
  • Declaration of consent completed by the borrower (according to Bank template)
  • Document from a bank or State Fund “Agriculture” for received subsidy for a previous calendar year (if any)
  • Document certifying ownership over the assets for which subsidies are received (arable land – title deeds, lease (rent) contracts; for animal breeding)
