Since the beginning of 2009 CIBANK PLC, as part of the Belgium bancassurance group KBC, has successfully implemented the Bank Assurance Model used for selling assurance products through the large branch network of the Bank. The successful cooperation with DZI, also part of KBC Group, allows CIBANK customers to receive comprehensive service and use financial products under preferential terms.
The long years of experience of KBC in European bancassurance is at the basis of the project, which complies with the trends and peculiarities of the Bulgarian financial market and with customers’ expectations.
